At Katrina & her Camera, I committed to protecting your privacy.
What data is collected and how?
- In order to process your booking I require your name, address, e-mail address and phone number. These details are obtained by Katrina & her Camera from submissions forms completed by you via www.katrinaandhercamera.com or that have been emailed directly to katrinaandhercamera@gmail.com. I may also ask for names and ages of children participating in a session. Personal data may also be obtained if you contact me via Facebook messenger or Instagram direct message. In some instances, information may be given to Katrina and her Camera by a third party in order to purchase and send a gift voucher, for example. Further information may be submitted by clients via pre-event questionnaires (contact numbers in case of emergency on the day of the event).
- If you share your gallery with friends and family, Katrina & her Camera will have access to email addresses used as part of the security process and I am notified when images are downloaded.
Why is it collected?
- Any information collected is used solely for the purposes of providing you with the service you have purchased, or been gifted. Personal details are stored securely on servers which are based within the UK and will never be shared with or sold to any third parties. I do not store any financial information.
